We want you to be completely satisfied with your NEST New York purchase; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, fragrance and candle products must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or FedEx return shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully secure your products in the original shipping box to prevent damage to the glass vessels during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
